- ■The 2019 graduation ceremony took place, and the 5th batch students, including Izawa, Uchiyama, Shimizu, Seo, Hachi, Horiuchi, as well as B4 students Akiyama, Uekusa, Shigeta, Mizukami, and Watanabe, graduated and completed their studies.
Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, the ceremony was held in the laboratory.
Although it was difficult, sometimes it's nice to have a ceremony like this.
Shimizu will proceed to the doctoral program, and Seto will become a public servant. Akiyama, Kaneko, and Suzuki will proceed to the Kono Lab, Ochiai Lab, and Shimono Lab respectively. I look forward to meeting everyone again. Congratulations! - March 15-16, 2020
- ■The 25th Robotics Symposium took place, and D2 Mukaeda and M2 Seo participated and gave presentations.
Originally, we were supposed to enjoy Hakodate, but the conference was held online, and we had to present via Zoom.
It's unfortunate we couldn't be there in person, but it was a valuable experience.
I will be the PC chair next year. I hope we can hold the conference in person next year... - March 1, 2020
