Shima-lab likes organizing events and outings!

Shima-lab organizes many events such as Welcome/farewell party, Hanami (Spring), BBQ, Pizza party (Summer), Lab outings (Autumn), Year-end party, New-year party (Winter) etc.

B4 student Sakata and M1 student Aoki gave presentations at SI2014 held at Tokyo Big Sight. Both of them presented their research with confident and impressive!

2014/11/27-28 The 2nd Tenure track emergent symposium

The first meeting was held at Kyushu Institute of Technology, and Shima participated in the second meeting as an organizer.
Thanks to the cooperation of professors from various universities, the event went really well.

2014/08/03　Spring semester 2014 party

We had a pizza party in our lab after the open campus.
Thank you very much to Mr. Konno, the secretary, and B4 members for their preparation.
The weird preaching was interesting...

2014/08/02-03　2014 Open campus

Three M1 students took the initiative and lead the demo and research introduction for open campus.
Around 200 people participated the demo.
I hope we can keep improving the demo content.
Thanks to all the B4 members for their hard work in the field!

2014/05/26日　ROBOMECH2014 in Toyama

Aoki and Shirakashi participated and gave presentations on their research.
The demonstration were a good opportunity to introduce and interested many people.
